BODY CONDITIONING
Enhancing technique
Body Conditioning classes are designed to support the student's weekly training. We will focus on in-depth conditioning that will gain strength and flexibility in the student. The 'Progressing Ballet Technique' program will be taught, as well as other Pilates based techniques. Week-day classes focus on the joy of moving, whereas body conditioning focuses on developing the correct muscles, strength and flexibility for ballet technique. It is an optional class open to all students. It is highly recommended for exam students, but it is not required.
